Excellent Waffenfabrik Bern M1929 Luger with standard polish, red grips, brown base magazine with holster. SN: 55809. Cal. 7.65 Luger. Standard 4.75” barrel with drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Full matching serial number on barrel, left rail, and rear toggle link with last three digits repeated on sideplate and receiver lug. All small parts with usual inspector markings. “P” release marking on the right rail. Forward frame recess marked “2.39” reflecting manufacture in February 1939. W/F logo on back of frame. Uniformly checkered red hard rubber grips. Original leather holster manufacturer marked on obverse surface and dated “44”. Brown base magazine of later manufacture. Condition: Approximately 95% original salt blue, most of the wear related to fading of the sideplate, the gun having only mild sharp edge wear. Bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Excellent condition magazine. VG holster with supple leather and original stitching with expected staining from moderate field use. No noticeable repairs.
