CZ24, All Matching, Complete Rig
Phenomenal CZ24, made in 1929, unit marked, with three magazines (two matching) and excellent prewar holster. SN: 94006. Cal. .380 ACP. Standard configuration CZ24 with fixed front and rear adjustable sight. CZ marked on shallow matted rib. Slide with five slanted serrations on each side and dated “29”, a production year that is repeated on the right side of the frame. Frontstrap unit marked 103D 708, suggesting police or military issue. Base fitted with lanyard ring. Smooth, wood wrap around grip. Major components are rust blued; trigger, safety, button release, extractor, and grip screws are strawed; rear sight and firing pin retainer are fire blued. Matching serial number on top of slide, side plate, frame, barrel, and on two magazines. One set of numbers was applied after the floorplate was blued, suggesting an arsenal level renumbering. The 3rd magazine is unmarked. Tan leather holster whose inner lid is marked “D.P.105” within a rectangle. Inked markings not legible. Condition: Pistol retains well over 99% bright original rust blue. Comparable condition, original straw on small parts that show no use. Even the front of the trigger is uniformly strawed. Minor freckling on the firing pin retainer. Same immaculate condition applies to all magazines. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Excellent holster with supple leather, no tears or losses and secure original stitching. A truly extraordinary CZ24 rig that would be virtually impossible to upgrade. If you want the best, this is it! A HISTORIC INVESTMENT!
