Phenomenal and super rare French MAB PA-15 Target, marked M1 as usually applied to military pistols, near new in original red leatherette factory case with spare magazine, brush/wipe rag, and instruction booklet. SN: 547020. Cal: 9mmP. Massive and impressive target pistol based on the MAB PA 15 having an extended slide with refined target features. Slide fitted with drift adjustable front sight and fully fine adjustable “Micro” marked rear sight. Left side of slide with usual single line MAB address. Right side of slide marked “MODELE PA-15”. Exposed chamber of rotating barrel marked “CAL.9M/M”. The right side of the frame, just below the hold open shaft, marked “PA. 15.M1” suffixed by the full serial number. French proofing on barrel, right side of slide behind serrations and right upper trigger guard web. Single action trigger fitted with adjustments for weight of pull and stop. Push button magazine release with later style concentric circles. Frame with forward and rear grip strap serrations. Full fitting walnut checkered grips, bordered, each panel secured with three screws. Original fifteen shot magazines with aluminum follower and push button detachable base. Complete in factory red leather presentation case with brass fittings to include handle and two latches. Silk lined “MAB” lined lid. Dark red velvet lined base compartmentalized for pistol, ammo box, spare magazine and cleaning accessories that presently include brush and original white rag. Included is original instruction booklet picturing the target pistol and referencing model 1965. No test target. Condition: Spectacular 99+% original salt blue with minimal sharp edge wear. Attractive plum color. Grips in nearly the same condition with the left panel slightly darker. Excellent magazines with minimal insertional wear. Crisp case with showing minimal handling. No tears of silk liner, luxurious base. Instruction booklet near VG-EXC with tape related losses on front and rear surface. An extraordinary and incredibly rare target pistol especially nice in its original presentation/attache case with accessories.  A HISTORIC INVESTMENT!
