DWM Luger, 1906, Commercial Navy.
Near excellent, original condition and all matching M1906 Commercial Navy Luger with later Navy magazine. SN: 47252. Cal. 9mmP. Standard M1906 Navy with 6 inch barrel having drift adjustable front sight and two position rear sight marked 100/200. Blank chamber with intertwined DWM on middle toggle. BUG proofs under barrel in addition to the serial number. BUG proofing on left receiver and left side of toggle. Full serial number repeated on forward frame with the last two digits on all the usual small parts. Unnumbered firing pin and grips as correct for a commercial pistol of this era. Checkered walnut grips. Magazine is a later replacement as used for a Commemorative Navy pistol, the plug having been numbered to match the pistol. Condition: Near excellent original bright rust blue with mild holster and handling wear. Comparable condition strawed parts showing no evidence of enhancements. Grips oil darkened with slightly blunted checkering, no splits or cracks. Excellent later era salt blued Navy magazine with numbering as previously detailed. Bright bore with sharp rifling and perfect manual mechanics. A very attractive 1906 Commercial Navy Luger that deserves to be fitted with a correct magazine. A HISTORIC INVESTMENT!
